1/2 c. (1 stick) softened butter
2-3 radishes

- Grate or finely chop the radishes into a bowl, the squeeze out and discard the excess liquid.
- Mix radishes into the softened butter.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Form it into a nice sculpture and refrigerate. OR, serve it soft on toasted bread.
